We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If youβre not happy with your order, please review the following policy to understand your options for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
π¦ Change of Mind Returns
Because many of our products are personal care and assistive living items, for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for change of mind if the product has been opened, used, or damaged.
We may, at our discretion, accept unopened items in original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
In such cases:
- A restocking fee (up to 15%) may apply.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
To confirm if your product is eligible for return, don't hesitate to get in touch with us first at hello@a2ztherapysolutions.com.au before sending any items back.
β οΈ Faulty or Damaged Items
If your product arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
We will arrange:
- A replacement, or
- A full refund, depending on the situation.
To help us process your claim quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A photo showing the damage or issue
- A brief description of the problem
Once approved, we will cover all shipping costs for faulty or damaged items.
π³ Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5β10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
You will receive an email notification once your refund has been issued.

Please do not send any items back without prior approval, as returns sent without authorisation may not be processed.
π‘ Exclusions
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used products
- Bathroom or toileting aids
- Cushions, mattresses, or bedding products
- Customised or special-order items
- Clearance or sale items

You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product is faulty, not fit for purpose, or not as described.
